Your First Visit
In order for us to provide an excellent care you need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out our medical forms or you can download and print them out at home and bring them with you for your first appointment.
Typical appointment last about an hour and longer if you choose to have an acupuncture done during your visit (acupuncture is included in the price of an appointment.)
We encourage you to bring copies of all latest test results (blood work, X-rays, MRIs, scans, specialty tests, etc.)
What Should I expect from a Naturopathic Visit?
On your first visit a doctor will spend 1 to 5 hours with you discussing your health concerns, your medical history, and your goals as a patient. Your ND will create a treatment protocol, which can include different Naturopathic Modalities, lifestyle and diet modification and some informational resources for you.
It is very important for the patient to be actively involved and be informed about the process of restoration of his or her own health. Your ND may order some additional or more specialized testing for better diagnosing and improving your state of health.
Follow up visits are usually shorter and include discussing your concerns about the therapy, discussing lab results and they might include using some Naturopathic Modalities (acupuncture for example),if appropriate.
