Cancer
Glaucoma
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)
Hepatitis C
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
Crohn's disease
Agitation of Alzheimer's disease
Cachexia or wasting syndrome
Severe and chronic pain
Severe nausea
Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy
Severe or persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis
ADHS will begin to accept requests to add a debilitating medical condition to the list of debilitating medical conditions for the Medical Marijuana Program.
Dates for Submitting Requests
Requests will be accepted until close of business between January 23 to January 27, 2012. Requests received as indicated by its postmark prior to or after these dates will not be accepted.
ADHS will also receive requests during the month of July 2012 (specific dates TBD).
